Meet Our Team
Dr. Jenna Fore — Chiropractor/Founder
Dr. Jenna grew up in the small town of Brook Park, MN. She has a passion for treating the pediatric and pre/postnatal populations. As an infant, Jenna suffered from colic and ear infections. She found relief in both conditions with regular chiropractic treatments. As she grew older, she realized the importance of regular chiropractic care for the overall health and wellness of the body. This natural form of care became even more important as she participated in cross-country running, basketball, track, and motocross racing.
Dr. Jenna is a 2012 graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington MN, where she earned her Bachelor's in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees. Dr. Jenna is Webster Technique certified and is working towards the fulfillment of her certification in chiropractic pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Having a nurturing and loving personality, she always knew she wanted to provide children with the same high-quality and effective care that she was so lucky to receive as a young child.
Dr. Jenna is also a Graston Technique certified provider. Graston Technique uses stainless steel instruments to effectively break down scar tissue and inflammation that cause pain and restricted mobility. Learn more about this technique by clicking on the 'Graston Technique' tab.
While attending chiropractic school, Dr. Jenna participated in a mission trip to treat under-served patients in Costa Rica. This 4-week trip was an opportunity that forever changed the way she treats her patients. She believes that every person is unique and deserves to be evaluated and treated in their own unique way. For this reason, Dr. Jenna utilizes a variety of chiropractic techniques to ensure the best possible outcome for her patients.
In her free time, Dr. Jenna enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and 2 daughers, relaxing at their family cabin, and baking new, healthy recipes.

Stacy Blaisdell, CST — Craniosacral Therapist
Stacy grew up in Mora, MN. She’s recently moved back into this area in nearby North Branch, MN. As a young adult she worked as a CPA then a corporate controller/finance officer. In 2005, a traumatic brain injury changed her life. While at the time this seemed a tragedy; she feels this experience was a wonderful transformative gift. As her recovery progressed, she enjoyed working as a caregiver for disabled persons and shared her passion for horses running a small boarding farm, giving lessons, and doing barefoot hoof trimming. Eventually she found her life purpose working as a CranioSacral therapist. She treats people of all ages, (newborns to hospice), and horses as well. She’ll be graduating in 2019 from a four-year training program in classical homeopathy. Stacy feels we can all live life in greater ease, freedom, and balance.
